Description

This PR reconstructs the Top Performers Leaderboard
Fixes #1087

Type of Change

Changes Made

  • Updated .css & .tsx files for podium like structure with 2nd and 3rd on same level as told

Should I add Pandas in Readme.md lines along with the height change in leaderboard
